We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations for a growing retail organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing a large frontline workforce and possess strong expertise in Roots HCM, payroll administration, attendance management, recruitment, employee relations, and UAE labour law compliance.This role will partner closely with business leadership to support workforce growth, improve employee engagement, strengthen HR processes, and drive operational excellence across the organization.
Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE (Please apply only if you are comfortable working in Umm Al Quwain.)Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PMKey ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.Lead recruitment activities for retail stores, warehouses, and support functions.Oversee payroll processing, attendance management, leave administration, and employee records through Roots HCM.Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, grievance management, and conflict resolution.Monitor manpower requirements and execute workforce planning initiatives.Support performance management and employee development programs.Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management review.Partner with department heads to address staffing and people-related challenges.Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 7-10 years of HR experience in the UAE.Proven experience managing HR operations for a retail, FMCG, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or similar workforce-intensive environment.Hands-on experience with Roots HCM is mandatory.Strong knowledge of payroll processing, time and attendance systems, and HR administration.Sound understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.Experience handling high-volume recruitment and frontline workforce management.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Experience managing multicultural workforces.PreferredImmediate or short-notice joiners.Previous experience supporting multi-site retail operations.HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or SPHR.#HRManager #DubaiJobs #UAEJobs #HumanResources #ProfessionalServices #TalentAcquisition #EmployeeEngagement #WorkforcePlanning #HRBusinessPartner #PeopleStrategy #HiringNow
