Team members are encouraged to contribute ideas, collaborate across functions, and support continuous improvement in all aspects of the business.Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Human Resources Manager/Finance Manager/Logistics Manager will oversee key operational areas, including workforce management, financial planning and control, and coordination of logistics activities. Day-to-day tasks may include managing recruitment and onboarding, overseeing performance management and employee relations, preparing budgets and financial reports, monitoring costs and cash flow, and ensuring accurate billing and compliance with relevant regulations. The role also includes planning and optimizing supply chain and transportation activities, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and maintaining effective documentation and reporting. The individual in this role will collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and align HR, finance, and logistics practices with organizational goals.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Strong background in finance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.Experience in logistics or supply chain management, including planning, coordination of shipments, inventory oversight, and vendor management.Proficiency with business software tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, HR or ERP systems) and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Logistics, or a related field; advanced certifications or postgraduate studies are an advantage.Previous experience in the energy or petroleum sector, and familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards, is highly beneficial.
