Indomaret Group continues to expand across provincial capitals and internationally, supported by a large, skilled workforce.Role Description The Owner role at Indomaret Group is a full-time, on-site position based in North Jakarta. The Owner is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of the business, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, and overseeing performance across all business units. Daily tasks include reviewing financial and operational reports, making key investment and expansion decisions, and guiding senior leadership teams in retail, food and beverage, and other sectors. The role involves monitoring market trends, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Owner also champions organizational culture, talent development, and long-term sustainability of the Group.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in business ownership, executive leadership, or senior management within retail, FMCG, or multi-unit business environments.Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and business development skills, with a track record of driving growth and profitability.Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, investment analysis, and oversight of P&L for diverse business units.Ability to lead and inspire large, cross-functional teams, with strong people management, mentoring, and succession planning capabilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with partners, suppliers, and regulators.Understanding of retail operations, supply chain, and customer experience in modern trade environments.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.High ethical standards, long-term vision, and readiness to work on-site in North Jakarta.
