We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function of a growing Facilities Management organization in Saudi Arabia. The role will oversee HR operations, workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, Saudization, and HR policies while providing effective support to management and operational sites.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices aligned with business objectives.Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, deployment, performance management, and separation.Develop manpower plans and ensure timely fulfillment of workforce requirements across FM projects and sites.Manage high-volume recruitment for both operational and management positions.Support mobilization of new FM contracts and ensure timely employee deployment.Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and applicable HR regulations.Monitor and manage Saudization/localization requirements and related HR initiatives.Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, investigations, and workplace conflicts.Oversee attendance, leave, payroll inputs, employee records, and HR administration in coordination with Finance and Operations.Work closely with Operations and site management to resolve workforce-related issues and maintain employee stability.Monitor employee turnover, absenteeism, manpower levels, and other HR KPIs.Lead performance management and identify training and development requirements.Prepare regular HR reports and provide management with recommendations on workforce and HR matters.Ensure HR processes and documentation are accurate, efficient, and compliant.RequirementsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.8+ years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.Experience in Facilities Management, Construction, Contracting, or any other manpower-intensive industry is a must.Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR practices.Experience managing large, multi-national and site-based workforces.Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, manpower planning, and project mobilization.Good understanding of Saudization/localization requirements.Strong employee relations, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
