The intern will help with onboarding procedures, employee documentation, and HR data entry, while contributing to HR policy implementation and compliance tracking. Responsibilities may include coordinating training sessions, gathering feedback from employees, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. This is an internship role, and it is an on-site position based in Raipur.Qualifications Foundational knowledge of HR principles, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documentation, maintain records, and handle multiple tasks.Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates, team members, and management.Proficiency in basic computer applications and HR-related tools (e.g., spreadsheets, document editors, HRIS basics).Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Pursuing or having completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Interest in HR within the IT/technology sector; prior internship or project experience in HR is an added advantage.
