Almost 28 years later we now span four core business segments: airport lounges, airport terminal hotels, airport meet & greet services, and a range of airport dining concepts.Join our family today.Together, we'll make travel better..About the RoleAs we continue our exciting growth and expansion in King Abdulaziz International Airport Jeddah we are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team and be an integral part of this journey.The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR operations in Jeddah, partnering closely with business leaders and regional HR teams to build a strong people function that supports our growing operations.This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who wants to be part of building and shaping our growing Jeddah Team, rather than simply managing an established HR function.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage day-to-day HR operations in Jeddah, ensuring a smooth, efficient and professional HR service delivery.Partner closely with local and regional business leaders as a trusted HR Business Partner and subject matter expert.Support the growth and expansion of our Jeddah operations through effective workforce planning, talent management and HR strategy.Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, development and offboarding.Work closely with Talent Acquisition teams to assess business and project requirements and recruit the right talent.Manage payroll coordination, employee absence and holiday records, ensuring accurate and timely HR administration.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, personnel files and HR documentation.Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws, regulations and company policies.Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, disciplinary matters and performance management.Conduct and support workplace investigations and ensure appropriate follow-up and implementation of outcomes.Manage disciplinary and termination processes in line with company policy and Saudi labour regulations.Build and maintain strong relationships with key government and external stakeholders, including MHRSD, GOSI, Qiwa, Jawazat, Tamheer, Hadaf and other relevant authorities.Work closely with Legal, Licensing and Government Relations teams to ensure compliance with local employment and licensing requirements.Monitor and advise the business on Saudization, Nitaqat, block visa requirements and other KSA workforce regulations.Respond to urgent HR matters and emergency situations involving employees or relevant government authorities when required.Localize global and regional HR standards, policies and procedures to ensure effective implementation in Saudi Arabia.Identify employee development and training needs and partner with Regional/HQ Learning & Development teams to design and deliver relevant programs.Identify current and future talent requirements and act as a strategic thought partner to the leadership team.Support regional and global HR projects and initiativesProvide regular HR reporting, insights and recommendations to the Regional HR leadership team.Foster an inclusive, respectful and collaborative workplace culture where employees feel valued and supported.Promote diversity, inclusion and effective collaboration across a multicultural workforce.Oversee the daily workflow of the HR function and ensure high-quality service delivery.Provide constructive and timely performance feedback and evaluations.Undertake other HR initiatives and responsibilities as directed by Regional HR.About YouBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.Minimum 6 years of solid HR experience, preferably within a sizable organization.Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or similar HR role.Experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in an airport, aviation, travel or service environment, is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of Saudi employment law, HR practices and government regulations.Good understanding of MHRSD, GOSI, Qiwa, Saudization/Nitaqat, Tamheer, Hadaf, Jawazat and immigration processes.Strong understanding of regional HR practices and the Saudi employment market.Experience managing a multicultural workforce and working with international stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic HR Business Partner while remaining hands-on with day-to-day HR operations.Strong people management and leadership skills, with the ability to build effective and collaborative teams.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-growing and changing environment.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.High level of confidentiality, professionalism and integrity.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Positive, adaptable and continuously learning, with a strong drive for excellence.Why Join Us?This is an opportunity to be part of our growth story in Jeddah.As our operations continue to expand, you will have the opportunity to help build the HR function, shape the employee experience, develop local talent and work closely with leadership to establish a strong and scalable people strategy.If you are an experienced HR professional who enjoys building, influencing and making an impact in a growing organization, we would love to hear from you.
