🚨 WE'RE HIRING | HR Manager – Operations | Riyadh, KSA 🚨 📋🤝Misogi Partners is collaborating with a leading Water & Wastewater EPC company to hire an HR Manager – Operations to run the day-to-day employee life cycle for its MEA operations, reporting to the Head of HR – MEA.You'll own HR operations end-to-end — onboarding and mass hiring drives for project mobilization, HRIS data and MIS reporting, payroll inputs via WPS/Mudad, immigration and Iqama processing, government portal transactions, and full Saudi Labor Law compliance.For this requirement, we are specifically looking for an HR Manager with: 🔹 8–10 years of HR operations experience managing employees in KSA 🔹 EPC/construction sector experience required — water & wastewater exposure highly preferred; proven support of mass hiring drives & large project mobilizations 🔹 Hands-on proficiency with Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI & Mudad; strong Saudi Labor Law, HRIS & HR MIS skills**Position open for Saudi Nationals only📩 Interested?
