Role Description The Human Resources Manager – Talent Acquisition is a full-time, on-site role based in Irvine, CA. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with hiring managers. The Human Resources Manager – Talent Acquisition will develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, maintain employer branding efforts, and build effective talent pipelines for critical roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to understand staffing needs, managing recruitment metrics, overseeing onboarding activities for new hires, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies, optimizing recruitment tools and systems, and contributing to broader HR initiatives as needed.QualificationsExperience managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection for a variety of roles and levels.Ability to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR technology platforms, and data-driven recruitment reporting.Strong relationship-building skills, with experience partnering closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and best practices in fair and inclusive hiring.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR or recruiting certifications are a plus.Prior experience in an on-site HR or talent acquisition role, preferably within a growing or entrepreneurial organization.Commitment to building diverse, inclusive teams and promoting an equitable recruitment process.
