About the RoleOur client a leading Construction & Building Maintenance Services is seeking an experienced HR Officer – Recruitment to support and manage end-to-end recruitment activities across the organisation. The role will be responsible for workforce planning, talent acquisition, recruitment operations, agency management, and onboarding coordination while ensuring efficient and cost-effective hiring practices aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from manpower requisition and sourcing to selection, offer management, and onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans and ensure timely fulfilment of workforce requirements.Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels to build strong talent pipelines.Coordinate interviews, conduct candidate evaluations, and facilitate hiring decisions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.Oversee pre-employment checks, documentation, and onboarding activities in compliance with company policies.Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors to optimise sourcing effectiveness and hiring costs.Prepare recruitment reports, monitor hiring metrics and budgets, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and talent attraction strategies.About YouBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR recruitment operations.Strong stakeholder management, communication, sourcing, and organisational skills, with experience using ATS and HR systems.About the RecruiterContact: Diana Kumar – Head of RecruitmentJob Scams NoticeYour Safety and Data Security Matter to Us.Manpower Middle East is committed to a safe and transparent hiring process.
