Human Resources Operations Manager

📍 Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia🏭 Industry: ManufacturingOur esteemed client, a leading manufacturing company in Jeddah, is looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead HR operations and deliver a strong employee experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.Manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and ensure accurate employee data and HR transactions.Lead manpower planning initiatives aligned with business requirements, workforce demand, organizational structure, and budget.Drive Employee Experience initiatives and improve HR service delivery.Handle Employee Relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and HR policies.Oversee Payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.Partner with business leaders on HR operational and employee-related matters.Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and internal HR policies.Requirements:🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.💼 5+ years of relevant experience in HR Operations.Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).Solid experience in Employee Relations, Employee Experience, and Payroll.Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and Saudi labor regulations.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
