Human Resources Operations Officer (Tamheer)

Ibraq is looking for a motivated HR Operations (Tamheer) to join our team in Jeddah and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources.Key Responsibilities:• Support daily HR operations and employee services• Assist with employee files, documentation, and HR records• Support onboarding and offboarding processes• Assist with HR systems and data updates• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related requests• Prepare reports and support other HR administrative tasksRequirements:• Saudi• Eligible for the Tamheer program• Must not have been registered with GOSI (Social Insurance) during the last 6 months• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field• Good communication and organizational skills• Good command of English• Proficient in Microsoft Office• Eager to learn and develop a career in HR
