Human Resources Operations Specialist

📢 WE ARE HIRING – HR MANAGER📍 Location: Dubai, UAE🏭 Industry: Manufacturing / IndustrialUAE Experience: Minimum 5 YearsWe are looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong exposure to manufacturing/industrial operations and blue-collar workforce management.Key Responsibilities:• Manage complete HR operations including onboarding, offer letters, contracts, renewals, increments, promotions and exits• Lead recruitment for technical, site and corporate positions• Manage blue-collar workforce, including staff welfare, accommodation coordination and workforce-related matters• Coordinate with HSE teams to support site safety compliance• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, labour contracts and visa requirements• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution• Oversee payroll coordination, overtime, allowances, attendance and leave management• Coordinate with PROs for visas, medicals, Emirates ID, labour cards and renewals• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and performance management systems• Support manpower planning, workforce deployment and HR cost control• Drive employee engagement, training, performance improvement and retention initiativesRequirements:✓ Minimum 5 years of UAE HR experience✓ HR experience within manufacturing / industrial setup is mandatory✓ Strong experience managing blue-collar/site workforce✓ Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS and visa processes✓ Strong recruitment and HR operations experience✓ Experience with Odoo HRMS is an added advantageSend us your CV now - jobs@elitehrconsultancy.comwww.elitehrconsultancy.com
