Job Description

We're looking for a Program Manager to run professional certification programs within our Learning and Development team. You'll guide employees from sign-up through certification, keep programs organized and on schedule, and use participant data and feedback to make each cycle better than the last. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys developing adult learners and thrives on both coaching and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Manage certification programs from start to finish, including recruitment cycles, enrollment, onboarding, scheduling, materials, study sessions, exam milestones, and completion requirementsWork with department leaders to determine certification priorities, identify potential participants, and explain time commitments, milestones, and available supportCheck in regularly with participants, track their progress, and offer coaching and problem-solving helpSpot missed milestones or participation challenges early and escalate them when neededLead small-group study sessions and arrange additional resources that build confidence and peer learningKeep programs documented with up-to-date calendars, records, and reports covering enrollment, participation, exam attempts, pass rates, and time to certificationAnalyze program data to uncover trends and recommend practical improvementsServe as the liaison with external certifying bodies and internal partners on requirements, schedules, and changesBuild and maintain consistent processes, templates, and communications across departmentsSupport long-term planning by reviewing workforce changes, certification expirations, and participation trends, and share emerging risks and opportunities with L&D leadershipGather feedback from participants and stakeholders to evaluate effectiveness and refine the program

Qualifications

5+ years of experience coordinating programs, projects, professional development, certification activities, or learning initiativesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approachProficiency in Microsoft OfficeComfort working with program data and reportingPreferred: bachelor's degree in human resources, education, organizational development, business administration, or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree)Preferred: experience supporting adult learners, employee development, or professional certification programsPreferred: background in healthcare or human servicesAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
