Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob PurposeTo support the effective delivery of HR services and employee-related operations by ensuring accurate processing of HR transactions, compliance with approved HR policies and procedures, proper management of employee records and documentation, and effective utilization of HR systems. The role requires strong analytical and Excel capabilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of HR operations within structured and government environments.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and follow up on day-to-day HR services and employee transactions in accordance with approved HR policies, procedures, and service standards.Provide operational support across HR services, including employee records, personnel administration, employee requests, documentation, and related HR transactions.Review HR transactions and employee data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable policies and procedures.Maintain and update employee information and HR records through HR systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar HRMS/ERP platforms.Prepare, analyze, and maintain HR reports, trackers, dashboards, and employee data using Microsoft Excel.Utilize advanced Excel functions to organize, reconcile, validate, and analyze HR data efficiently.Support the interpretation and implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure HR services are delivered consistently.Maintain accurate physical and electronic employee records and ensure appropriate filing, archiving, document classification, retrieval, and record retention practices.Support document management activities in accordance with organizational and government requirements for confidentiality, record keeping, and information governance.Coordinate with internal HR teams and relevant departments to complete employee-related transactions and resolve HR service requests.Monitor pending HR transactions and service requests and follow up to ensure timely completion.Identify gaps or recurring issues within HR services and recommend improvements to processes, systems, reporting, and documentation.Support HR audits, data requests, and management reporting by ensuring required employee information and supporting documentation are accurate and readily available.Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling employee records, personal information, and sensitive HR documentation.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in HR Services, HR Operations, Personnel Administration, Employee Services, or a related HR function.Required Knowledge & SkillsStrong knowledge of HR services, HR operations, policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle transactions.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, lookups, data validation, data reconciliation, reporting, and handling large datasets.Practical experience using Oracle, SAP, or similar HR/ERP systems.Good understanding of HR information systems and employee data management.Knowledge of document management, electronic filing, archiving, record classification, and retention practices.Understanding of administrative processes and documentation requirements within government entities or similarly structured organizations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Ability to manage multiple HR transactions and priorities simultaneously.Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.Strong understanding of confidentiality and appropriate handling of employee information.PreferredPrevious experience in a government or public-sector entity.Experience preparing HR operational reports and dashboards.Experience working with high volumes of employee records and HR transactions.Advanced experience with HR data analysis and reporting through Excel.
