Team members join a passionate environment that values quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for supporting and enhancing HR operations across the company. Day-to-day activities include administering HR policies, managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and coordinating employee benefits and payroll-related documentation. The role also involves supporting performance management processes, handling basic employee relations matters, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. The HR Specialist will collaborate closely with management and staff to foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance workplace culture.Qualifications Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in general HR operations.Knowledge of HR Policies and local labor laws, with the ability to implement and maintain compliant procedures.Experience in Employee Benefits administration, including coordination of compensation, benefits, and related documentation.Proficiency in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records and supporting performance and development processes.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with HR software and MS Office; experience in retail, hospitality, or F&B environments is an advantage.
