Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment processes, performance management, and employee relations to ensure a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining HR policies, managing training and development programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing strategies to enhance workplace culture. The role requires collaboration with leadership to align business goals with human resources objectives effectively.
