HR Specialist – MultilingualEmployment Type: Full-timeLocation: Dubai, UAEIndustry: Financial ServicesAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Specialist to support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced, international working environment.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist responsibilities and must be able to communicate fluently in English plus at least one of the following languages: Chinese, Arabic, or Ukrainian.You will work closely with hiring managers, employees, and regional teams to support recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, policies, onboarding, performance management, and other employee lifecycle activities.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & RecruitmentManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment platforms, referrals, and other channels.Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives across different markets.HR OperationsManage employee onboarding, probation confirmation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes.Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, contracts, and personnel files.Assist with attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee data updates.Prepare HR letters, certificates, employment documents, and internal HR communications.Support HRIS administration and HR reporting.Employee RelationsAct as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries.Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.Assist with employee relations matters, disciplinary procedures, grievances, and performance concerns.Work closely with managers to ensure HR matters are handled professionally and consistently.Performance ManagementSupport probation reviews and performance evaluation processes.Assist managers with KPI setting, performance discussions, and employee development plans.Coordinate annual or periodic performance review activities.Track performance-related documentation and follow-up actions.HR Policies & ComplianceSupport the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook requirements.Ensure HR processes are aligned with applicable employment regulations and internal company policies.Assist with compliance documentation, audits, and HR reporting.Support HR requirements for employees working across different countries and regions where required.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, CHRP, or equivalent would be an advantage.Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably covering both recruitment and HR generalist responsibilities.Previous experience working in a multinational, fintech, financial services, technology, digital, or fast-growing organization is preferred.Required SkillsStrong experience in end-to-end recruitment.Good understanding of HR operations and the employee lifecycle.Experience in onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR documentation, and HR policies.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Comfortable working with multicultural and international teams.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR/recruitment systems.Language RequirementCandidates must be fluent in English and fluent in at least ONE of the following languages:Chinese / MandarinArabicUkrainianany otherKnowledge of more than one of these languages will be considered a strong advantage.Preferred SkillsExperience recruiting across multiple countries or regions.Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and HR practices in the UAE.Experience with HRIS, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and online recruitment platforms.Experience working with geographically distributed or remote teams.Background in financial services, fintech, trading, technology, e-commerce, or other multinational environments.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is:Proactive and hands-onOrganized and detail-orientedStrong in communication and coordinationComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAble to handle confidential employee information professionallyAdaptable when working with employees and managers from different cultures and regionsEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to providing an inclusive and diverse workplace.
