About the JobThe HR & Admin Specialist is responsible for enhancing administrative efficiency, improving the overall employee experience, and ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and seamless integration with government platforms. This role encompasses three key operational tracks (Government Platforms & Compliance, Employee Lifecycle & Performance, and Admin Operations & Payroll), where employees are assigned specific or combined responsibilities based on operational needs. Key Responsibilities by Operational Track:1. Government Platforms & Compliance Track:Mastery of Government Platforms: Efficiently manage and update data across official platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher Business, and Mudad).Contracts & Visa Management: Document electronic employment contracts on Qiwa, issue and renew Iqamas and work permits, monitor Nitaqat localization rates, and process exit/re-entry visas.Wage Protection System (WPS): Upload monthly payroll files via Mudad and promptly address any system flags or justifications to maintain strict regulatory compliance.2. Employee Lifecycle & Performance Track:Recruitment & Screening: Post job openings, screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and prepare formal Job Offers.Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, manage exit procedures, calculate end-of-service benefits, and issue final settlement clearances.Performance Monitoring: Track probation period evaluations (first 90–180 days) and oversee monthly/periodic performance reviews in coordination with department managers to drive productivity.3. Admin Operations & Payroll Track:Payroll Processing: Prepare and verify monthly payroll, including leaves, deductions, and allowances in coordination with the Finance department.Administrative Correspondence: Draft and issue official Arabic/English letters (salary certificates, authorizations, and government communications) and manage internal/external email inquiries.Invoice & Expense Management: Review and approve administrative service invoices (medical insurance, utilities, subscriptions) and coordinate timely payments with accounting.Qualifications & Basic Requirements:Nationality: Saudi Nationals Only.Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in HR and General Administration (Essential Requirement).

Technical Skills

High proficiency in navigating Saudi government platforms, MS Office (especially Excel), and adaptability to HR Information Systems (HRIS).Languages: Full proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).Core Skills:Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills with precision in drafting official correspondence.High adaptability to dynamic updates in labor regulations and government systems.Proven problem-solving capabilities with high emotional intelligence and discretion.Strict commitment to professional ethics, labor laws, and employee data confidentiality.
