Known for its strong operational culture and steady global growth, the business is now looking to strengthen its HR leadership in Saudi Arabia as part of its continued regional expansion.We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to take ownership of the HR function across Saudi Arabia, reporting directly into the European leadership team. This is a pivotal, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment and wants to make a tangible impact on people strategy across two key territories.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop the HR team across Saudi ArabiaAct as the primary HR point of contact for senior stakeholders in the region, reporting into EuropeOversee end-to-end HR operations including employee relations, performance management, and Saudization/Emiratization compliancePartner with European leadership to align regional HR practices with global policy and strategySupport organisational change, workforce planning, and talent development initiativesEnsure consistent HR practice and governance across both territoriesRequirementsAt least 3-6+ years proven HR management experience gained within a multinational organisationPrior experience managing HR responsibilities across territories beyond Saudi Arabia is highly desirableStrong knowledge of Saudi labour law; UAE labour law experience an advantageConfident operating in a matrixed structure, reporting to international leadershipWillingness and flexibility to travel regularly across the Middle East and EuropeFluent English and Arabic is essentialWhat's On OfferThe opportunity to lead HR across two strategically important territories for a truly global organisationDirect exposure to senior European leadershipA platform to shape and professionalise the regional HR function
