Human Resources Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment: Source, screen, and onboard couriers, field staff, and operational roles.Attendance & Systems: Audit daily time logs (GAIA/BS), verify mispunches vs. CCTV, push daily dispatch reports, and manage courier account access (GMS/JMS).Payroll Support: Reconcile weekly courier barrel/detection deductions, process monthly salary increases/tickets, and support final settlements.Employee Relations & Probation: Manage 3-month probation reviews (KPIs & supervisor feedback), resolve site grievances, and handle fast-turnaround offboarding and sponsor transfers.HR Reporting: Maintain master employee data, update contract trackers, and run monthly active account audits.Requirements2+ years of HRBP experience in Logistics, Express Delivery, or Supply Chain.Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, attendance auditing, payroll inputs, and field ER.Proficiency in Excel and operational workforce management systems.
