Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe’re Hiring: HR SpecialistWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our team and support end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across Payroll, Government Relations, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Medical Insurance, and HR Operations within Saudi Arabia.Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review monthly Payroll Processing, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, and employee entitlements.
- Prepare payroll files and ensure compliance with the Wage Protection System (WPS).
- Monitor Attendance, Leaves, Overtime, Allowances, and Payroll Adjustments.
- Manage and update employee records across relevant Saudi Government Platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and other HR-related systems.
- Handle Employment Contracts, Iqama, Visas, Renewals, Employee Transfers, and other government-related HR transactions.
- Coordinate with government authorities and external service providers to ensure timely completion of required transactions.
- Manage the End-to-End Recruitment Process, from manpower requests and job posting to CV screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
- Prepare Job Offers, Employment Contracts, and pre-employment documentation.
- Manage Employee Relations, including employee inquiries, requests, complaints, leaves, resignations, terminations, warnings, and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, HR policies, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage Medical Insurance for employees and eligible dependents, including additions, deletions, updates, renewals, claims, and coverage-related requests.
- Maintain accurate and confidential Employee Records, HR Documentation, and Personnel Files.
- Prepare regular HR Reports and Analytics covering payroll, recruitment, headcount, employee data, medical insurance, and government transactions.
- Provide day-to-day HR Operations Support and coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient HR processes.Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Recruitment, Government Relations, Employee Relations, and Medical Insurance.
- Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR Regulations.
- Familiarity with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, WPS, and other Saudi government platforms is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS / HR Systems.
- Strong Communication, Organizational, Time Management, and Problem-Solving Skills.
