Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe work with banks, financial institutions, government related entities, large corporates and emerging businesses across debt and equity capital markets, cross border syndications and corporate advisory.As our regional operations expand, we are looking for an HR Specialist to take ownership of the human resources function in our Dubai office.Role SummaryThe HR Specialist will manage the full spectrum of human resources activity, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, compliance and offboarding. This role works closely with the senior leadership team and requires a high level of professionalism, discretion and independent judgement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end to end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer managementPrepare offer letters, employment contracts and all related HR documentation in line with UAE Labour LawCoordinate visa, labour card, Emirates ID and medical insurance processes with the company PROManage MOHRE registration, WPS compliance and all statutory requirementsDeliver a structured onboarding and induction experience for new joinersMaintain accurate employee records, attendance and leave management systemsSupport the monthly payroll cycle and liaise with Finance on payroll inputsDevelop and maintain HR policies, procedures and the employee handbookCoordinate the annual performance appraisal cycle and support training and development planningAct as the first point of contact for employee queries and manage employee relations matters with confidentialityPlan and drive employee engagement initiativesPrepare HR reports and headcount data for management as requiredRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related disciplineFluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
