Professionals joining Chelsea Consulting can expect a high-impact environment focused on strategic HR business partnership.Role OverviewAs a Human Resources Specialist, the role incumbent will support clients in solving people related business challenges and achieving organisational objectives through research, analysis, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of practical people consulting solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Business PartneringServe as the primary point of contact, ensuring responsive, professional, and high-quality client support.Build trusted client relationships by understanding needs and providing proactive guidance on governance, consulting, and people matters.Manage client requests, enquiries, and service issues through to timely and effective resolution.Conduct investigations, analysis, research and develop reports, presentations, and recommendations.Compensation On-Target Earnings (OTE): SAR 13,333 per month. Skills & CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Excellent verbal analytical skills.Behavioural Competencies: Investigating Issues, Communicating Information, Giving Support.QualificationsA degree in a social sciences field, such as Human Resources, Law, Political Science, Economics.
