Day-to-day tasks include managing employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and assisting with performance management processes. The role involves implementing HR policies and procedures, administering employee benefits, and supporting personnel management activities such as attendance, leave, and contract updates. The Human Resources Specialist will also help address employee inquiries, support compliance with labor regulations, and collaborate with management to promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support end-to-end HR operations and strategic workforce initiatives.Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Personnel Management to ensure consistent application of procedures and effective handling of employee matters.Candidates should possess skills in Employee Benefits to administer compensation, benefits programs, and related documentation accurately.Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work discreetly and maintain confidentiality.Experience with HR information systems, Microsoft Office, and basic data reporting or analysis.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.Prior HR experience in a healthcare or clinical setting within the region is preferred, along
