Preferred Criteria (if applicable)Must Have Skills: Strong exposure to HR Strategy, performance management, Learning & Development and talent acquisition.Strong capability in developing, documenting, and standardizing HR policies and SOPs aligned with organizational objectives.Hands-on experience in large organizations with pan-India operations, managing and navigating complex, multi-layered organizational structures.Experience in environments where HR policies are centrally designed and locally executed, ensuring consistency while addressing regional needs.Good understanding of core HR functions and processes.Experience in employee lifecycle management tools.Ability of cross functional coordination and stakeholder management.Strong communication, interpersonal skills, analytical skills and problem-solving skills.Strong documentation and data management skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Experience in engagement with HR Consultants (Preferred)Relevant Industry/Domain Experience: Housing finance/financial services ecosystemCertifications (if any): Certification in ExcelLanguages Required: English / Hindi3. Interview & Selection ProcessInterview (Online / In-person): Face to Face Interview4. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Staffing

• Manage end-to-end hiring for all cadres and critical roles.
• Develop manpower plans in collaboration with the business heads.
• Shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, conduct HR rounds and coordinate assessments.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies for sourcing and onboarding.
• Support onboarding of apprentices including identification of vacancies and participating in recruitment drives through agencies.2. Training & Development
• Coordinate training programs, nominations, attendance, logistics, and content collation.
• Conduct Training needs identification with Heads.
• Design Learning & Development framework aligned with regulatory & organizational requirements.
• Maintain training MIS, feedback reports and training effectiveness documentation.
• Plan monthly/quarterly training calendars.
• Facilitate arrangements for training infrastructure for functional and induction programs.
• Coordinate with expert agencies, external organizations and external faculty for training delivery.
• Float training feedback forms in eHRMS and track responses.3. HR Operations & employee lifecycle management
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, joining formalities and induction process.
• Maintain employee files, HRMS data and assist in employee confirmations.
• Support leave & attendance, transfers, travel reimbursements and general HR administration.
• Assist in preparation of monthly HR dashboards and compliance reports.
• Float communication and ensure timely submission of Property Returns.
• Support consolidation of apprentice attendance data from Regional Offices & payment of stipend as per regulatory norms.
• Handle settlement of HR-related bills, invoices and ensure timely processing of payments.
• Process and issue NOCs related to part-time studies, external exams, and interview permissions.
• Provide day-to-day support to Regional Offices for HR processes, queries and documentation.4. Employee Master Data & HRMS Management
• Create employee master records in eHRMS for new joiners and deputed officials.
• Facilitate creation of login access for all new employees and deputed officials across applications.
• Update employee master data based on verified requests and documentation.
• Identify inconsistencies in HRMS and coordinate bulk rectification activities.5. Performance Management Support
• Coordinate with departments for review and updating of Annual and Special Appraisal parameters.
• Ensure KRA/KPI alignment with business objectives.
• Float Appraisal parameters in the system and communicate guidelines.
• Verify reporting hierarchy, department mapping and HOD allocation for appraisal workflows.
• Follow up for timely completion and submission of Employee Appraisals.
• Support consolidation and validation of appraisal-related data.6. Wage Revision & Compensation Support
• Assist in salary benchmarking, internal parity checks and preparation of salary fitment proposals.
• Maintain confidential salary records and coordinate with Payroll teams as required.
• Assist in CTC modelling and compensation-related documentation.7. Employee Engagement & Welfare Activities
• Coordinate employee engagement programs, celebrations and communication initiatives.
• Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement events (e.g., marathons, cultural events).
• Organize welfare activities such as health camps, wellness programs and awareness sessions.
• Support grievance handling processes and employee communication drives.8. End of Service & Exit Management
• Handle end-to-end resignation processing including document verification, approval note preparation and issuance of relieving/experience letters.
• Coordinate with Regional Offices for cases where Regional Managers are the approving authorities.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in HRMS and related systems for exit cases.9. Policy Development & Compliance
• Assist in framing, reviewing and updating HR policies and SOPs.
• Support the annual review of existing HR policies.
• Help prepare data and documentation for statutory reporting (RBI, NHB, BRSR, Annual Reports).
• Issue HR circulars and ensure timely communication across departments and regions.
• Support data consolidation and purification for statutory audits and reporting requirements.10. Engagement with HR ConsultantsExperience in engaging & coordinating with HR Consultants for organization transformation, HR process improvement initiatives & other relevant functions.
