Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.Run onboarding so new joiners are set up, compliant, and productive from day one.Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, HR requests, and support.Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs, including overtime, allowances, and deductions.Handle offboarding, including resignations, clearances, final settlements, and exit documentation.Experience with HRIS systems and government HR platforms.Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and payroll processes.Ensure all HR activities follow Saudi Labor Law, government platform requirements (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad), and internal policies.Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum Experience:5+ years of hands-on HR experience covering the full employee lifecycle.Skills:Fluent in Arabic and English.Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with confidential information.
