Human Resources Specialist

WE'RE HIRING – HR & RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST🏢 Company: Binayah Properties📍 Location: Dubai, UAE💰 Salary: AED 10,000/month💼 Experience: Minimum 2 yearsWe are looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment Specialist who can independently manage both HR operations and end-to-end recruitment for our growing real estate company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Recruit real estate agents, sales managers and administrative staff.
• Handle employee records, contracts, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll, visas, renewals and cancellations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
• Manage employee relations, performance reviews and HR policies.Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of UAE HR and recruitment experience preferred.
• Real estate recruitment experience is a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa procedures.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
• Experience with HRMS, ATS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple vacancies and HR responsibilities.
