Human Resources Specialist - Saudi Nationals Preferred

Role Overview :Dr. Scent is looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Human Resources Specialist to lead HR operations and manage the full employee lifecycle across our Saudi Arabia operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance management, and end-of-service.Lead the end-to-end recruitment process and support workforce planning.Develop HR policies, procedures, and organizational processes.Design and implement KPIs, performance appraisal systems, and competency frameworks.Develop HR metrics and dashboards to measure workforce performance and support decision-making.Create and maintain skills matrices, training matrices, and succession plans.Identify training needs, develop annual training plans, coordinate internal and external training programs, and evaluate training effectiveness.Coach managers on performance management and employee development.Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to improve organizational performance.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.Proven experience managing the complete employee lifecycle.Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.Experience in developing KPIs, HR metrics, skills matrices, training matrices, and performance management systems.Experience in planning, coordinating, and evaluating employee training and development programs.Strong leadership, organization, communication, and analytical skills.Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); English proficiency is preferred.Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office."If you have a passion for building high-performing teams and developing effective HR systems, we'd love to hear from you."
