قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources functions across SMC Group entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance with Saudi labor regulations, while aligning HR strategies with the Group’s business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the HR function across SMC Group entities, setting departmental priorities, managing the HR team, and reporting directly to executive management.Own annual workforce planning and headcount forecasting, tying recruitment and resourcing to project timelines and operational sign-off from engineering leadership.Direct the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from workforce planning and sourcing through interviewing, offers, and placement of qualified talent across all disciplines.Oversee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring new-hire integration, final settlement procedures, and full compliance with organizational requirements.Manage compensation and benefits, including payroll processing through Mudad, salary structures, allowances, and benefits administration.Lead government relations through Muqeem, Qiwa, and GOSI, and own Nitaqat and Tawteen compliance to drive and protect Saudization program objectives.Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and an annual leave planning framework, ensuring consistency with Saudi labor law and Group governance standards.Oversee HR administration — employee records, HR letters, official documentation, and the accuracy and integrity of HR systems.Drive employee relations, performance management, and workplace compliance initiatives, advising line managers and resolving issues at all levels.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant master's degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.8+ years of progressive HR experience, including a leadership or managerial role; experience in engineering, contracting, or consultancy environments preferred.Strong, current knowledge of Saudi labor law, GOSI, and HR compliance requirements.Proven command of Saudi HR and government platforms: Mudad, Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, and Nitaqat/Tawteen frameworks.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems (JISR or equivalent).Demonstrated ability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Why Join Us?• Be part of a dynamic and collaborative work environment• Opportunity to work on diverse and impactful projects• Professional growth and career advancement opportunities• Supportive team culture that values innovation and development
