Driven by excellence and continuous improvement, the company invests in its people, embraces modern manufacturing practices, and provides an environment where talented professionals can grow, contribute, and build rewarding careers.Key Responsibilities:Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with business objectives and Saudi regulations.Develop and maintain salary structures, grading systems, and compensation frameworks.Prepare, review, and standardize Job Descriptions across the organization.Lead and support organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.Oversee payroll and compensation activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Manage recruitment and talent acquisition activities to attract and retain qualified talent.Handle employee relations and labor cases, including investigations, documentation, and resolution.Manage visa and employee immigration processes and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and employment regulations.Provide HR guidance and recommendations to management on employee and organizational matters.Support continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and organizational effectiveness.Requirements:8–10 years of HR experience, preferably within the industrial sector.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong knowledge and practical experience in Saudi Labor Law and HR regulations.Proven experience in HR policies, compensation & benefits, payroll, recruitment, organizational development, and employee relations.Hands-on experience in salary structure and grading system development.Strong experience in Job Description development and organizational structuring.Solid knowledge of Visa Management and government relations.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Strong command of English, both written and verbal.What We Offer:Total Package: SAR 20,000 – 22,000 per monthProfessional and dynamic working environment.Career growth and professional development opportunities.Location: Second Industrial City, Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaPosition: HR SupervisorExperience: 8–10 Years
