Team members contribute to driving innovation, operational excellence, and long-term value across the organization’s food and beverage portfolio.Role Description The Human Resources Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations and supporting a positive, compliant workplace. This role includes supervising HR processes such as recruitment support, onboarding, and offboarding, as well as maintaining employee records and HR documentation. The Human Resources Supervisor will manage employee relations, provide guidance on HR policies, and assist managers with performance management activities, including evaluations and development plans. The role also involves coordinating training initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and partnering with leadership to implement HR programs that align with business goals. The supervisor will work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a fair, inclusive culture and support organizational growth.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with a track record of handling core HR functions.Strong skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, coaching, and promoting a respectful, inclusive work environment.Proficiency in Performance Management processes, such as goal setting, feedback, and performance appraisal support.Solid understanding of HR Policies and procedures, with the ability to interpret and apply labor laws and company guidelines.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.Experience working in fast-paced sectors, ideally food and beverage or related industries, is beneficial.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.Organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and familiarity with local employment regulations in Riyadh are preferred.
