- TutorialsWe're looking for an organized and hands-on Human Resources Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations and support our growing team. If you have strong people management skills and a solid understanding of HR processes, we'd love to have you join us in Rockwell.
What You’ll Do
Supervise daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee recordsImplement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance with Philippine labor lawsHandle employee relations, workplace concerns, and disciplinary processesOversee payroll preparation, timekeeping, and benefits administrationCoordinate performance evaluations, employee development, and engagement initiativesEnsure accurate HR documentation and timely reporting to managementWhat We’re Looking For:At least 3–5 years of HR experience, including 1 year in a supervisory roleStrong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practicesExperience in recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee relationsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential informationExperience in retail or related industries is an advantage
