The Humanities Teacher will plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons in subjects such as geography and related humanities disciplines, primarily for middle school learners. Responsibilities include developing and implementing curriculum, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves collaborating with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects, contributing to department planning, and participating in school events, meetings, and professional development activities. The teacher is expected to create an inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs and promotes critical thinking, global awareness, and respect for different cultures.QualificationsDemonstrated ability in lesson planning and curriculum development for humanities subjects.Experience teaching UK curriculum (PGCE with QTS)Strong communication skills, including clear instructional delivery and effective collaboration with colleagues, learners, and families.Relevant teaching qualification or degree in Education, Humanities, Geography, or a related field.Experience in international or multicultural school settings is an advantage.Ability to use educational technology and digital resources to enhance learning.Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered practices and ongoing professional development.
