HVAC / AC Technicians | Industrial Project

GFM focuses on cost-efficient, sustainable solutions that support reliable building performance and long-term value for customers.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah for HVAC / AC Technicians working on industrial projects. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC and AC systems in industrial facilities, ensuring safe and efficient operation. Daily tasks include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and conducting system testing and calibration. The technician will follow safety standards, complete service reports, coordinate with supervisors and other trades, and support project execution schedules. The role may also involve responding to urgent breakdowns, assisting in system upgrades, and providing recommendations to improve performance and energy efficiency.Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in split, ducted split, window, package/tower and concealed units
• Fault diagnosis, compressor replacement, refrigerant charging, copper brazing
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) accreditation, or willing to obtain it
• Currently in KSA with a valid, transferable Iqama
