We are seeking an experienced Business Unit Manager - Service & Aftermarket to lead and grow a dynamic HVAC Service and Aftermarket business portfolio across the UAE. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving profitability, expanding market presence, strengthening customer and partner relationships, and leading business transformation through operational excellence and digital innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the full P&L for the Service and Aftermarket businessDeliver revenue, margin, growth, and profitability targetsDevelop and execute business strategies aligned with regional objectivesBuild and manage strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, subcontractors, and commercial equipment partnersStrengthen customer engagement and ensure exceptional service deliveryLead, develop, and coach high-performing teamsDrive digital transformation initiatives and innovative service solutionsOptimize processes, systems, and operational performanceProvide market insights and strategic recommendations to leadershipEnsure compliance with quality, safety, ethics, and governance standardsCandidate Requirements Bachelor's Degree in EngineeringMBA preferred10+ years of experience in HVAC Service and Aftermarket business managementProven track record of P&L ownership and business growthStrong experience in channel management, customer engagement, and service operationsDigital transformation experience is highly desirableDeep understanding of HVAC products, services, and lifecycle management
