HVAC Engineer

China State Construction Middle East (CSCEC ME) is looking for experienced HVAC Site Engineers to join our team for multiple large-scale projects in Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, monitor, and control daily HVAC site activities.Supervise HVAC installation works and ensure activities are completed according to project requirements and schedule.Record daily site activities and maintain accurate and professional daily site reports.Prepare for and conduct daily inspections, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Monitor site activities in terms of progress, quality, HSE, and cost control.Coordinate with other trades, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth and timely project progress.Identify site issues and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve technical and construction-related matters.Ensure HVAC works are carried out in accordance with approved method statements, shop drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction projects.Strong experience in HVAC site installation and construction.Experience in Hotel, High-Rise, or other large-scale building projects is highly preferred.Good knowledge of HVAC construction, site coordination, inspection, and quality requirements.Strong communication and coordination skills.
