International Human Resources Company (iHR) is hiring on behalf of one of its clients for the position of HVAC Projects & Installation Projects & Operations Manager.📍 Location: Riyadh & JeddahJob PurposeLead and oversee projects and daily operations, ensuring successful project delivery, operational excellence, quality compliance, and profitability while managing engineering and technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects from initiation through final handoverDevelop and monitor project schedules and execution plansLead engineering and technical teams across multiple projectsReview technical drawings, project documentation, and change ordersMonitor project progress, resolve operational challenges, and ensure timely deliveryOversee branch operations, warehouse activities, and resource allocationEnsure compliance with quality standards and occupational health & safety requirementsEstablish operational KPIs and prepare reports for senior managementDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitabilityRequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC) or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC projects and contractingProven experience managing engineering and technical teamsStrong knowledge of project contracts, risk management, and project executionProficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (MS Project or Primavera is a plus)
