HVAC Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our Facility Management Project in Dammam.The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting HVAC system faults, and ensuring all HVAC equipment operates safely and efficiently.Responsibilities: Carry out preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance.Troubleshoot HVAC system faults and perform necessary repairs.Ensure HVAC equipment operates safely and efficiently.Complete maintenance activities and related reports as required.Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance.Diploma or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Mechanical, or related technical field, preferably.Hands-on experience with Split, Package, VRF/VRV, AHU, and FCU systems.Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance and HVAC troubleshooting.Good understanding of refrigeration systems and basic electrical controls.Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings.Basic English reading and writing skills.Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.Preferably available for immediate joining, no later than 1 October 2026.
