Job Details:Branch Manager - Outside Sales**Key Responsibilities:** Drive sales and gross profit through strategic planning and execution. Expand and manage a diverse customer base, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Optimize branch operations for improved efficiency and effectiveness. Recruit, develop, and empower branch employees while fostering a positive work culture. Collaborate with senior management to enhance showroom and outside sales performance.**Qualifications:** Proven track record in Sales and Business Development. Strong leadership skills and experience managing sales and warehouse teams. Knowledge of Excel, Word, and ERP systems. Familiarity with basic applications in Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is ideal.
