IMEP is committed to exceeding client expectations at every stage of the project lifecycle.Role Description The HVAC Supervisor – Installation, Execution & Maintenance is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role oversees the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. The HVAC Supervisor coordinates and guides technicians and subcontractors, allocates resources, and monitors work quality throughout execution and maintenance activities. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, scheduling and supervising preventive maintenance, and preparing reports on work progress and system performance. The role also involves engaging with clients and stakeholders to address HVAC-related concerns and ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction.Qualifications Ability to effectively lead teams and coordinate site activities, demonstrating strong Supervisory Skills.Solid technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, execution, commissioning, and system optimization.Proficiency in Troubleshooting to identify, analyze, and resolve HVAC system faults efficiently.Experience planning and overseeing Preventive Maintenance programs to ensure reliability and extend equipment life.Strong Customer Service orientation to manage client interactions and maintain professional relationships.Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards applicable in Dubai and the UAE.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.Proven experience in an HVAC supervisory or lead technician role within construction or facilities management environments.
