If you are passionate about innovation and challenges and want to work in a dynamic environment where your ideas matter, we want to hear from you!Your MissionReporting to the Training Department, you will design and deliver technical training courses for our customers, engineering firms, installers, distributors, partners and employees.Your objective will be to develop users' technical skills to ensure the optimal installation of our HVAC control solutions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.Your Main ResponsibilitiesDesign Training ProgramsDevelop training programs tailored to different audiences.Design and update training materials, including presentations, guides, practical exercises, videos and e-learning modules.Regularly update training content in line with product developments and regulatory changes.Collaborate with the E-learning team to develop digital training programs.Deliver TrainingDeliver both in-person and remote training sessions.Train participants in the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of our solutions.Organize and lead practical workshops.Adapt the content and technical level according to the participants.Assess participants' knowledge and ensure appropriate training follow-up.Prepare and manage all equipment required for training sessions.Provide Technical ExpertiseStay up to date with technological developments in the HVAC and Building Management Systems (BMS) sectors.Participate in new product launches.Provide advanced technical support to sales and technical teams when required.Identify needs in the field and propose improvements to the Training Manager.Contribute to Continuous ImprovementMeasure participant satisfaction.Proactively suggest improvements to training content and teaching methods.Contribute to the development of our training portfolio.Your ProfileYou are passionate about building technologies and enjoy sharing your knowledge.You HaveA higher education qualification (Bac+2 to Bac+5 or equivalent) in HVAC engineering, automation, electrical engineering or a related field.At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the HVAC, control systems or BMS sector.Previous experience in technical training would be a strong advantage.Ideally, You Have Experience WithHeating, air conditioning, ventilation and domestic hot water systems.Building control and automation systems.Communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, KNX, MQTT or equivalent.Reading electrical and hydraulic diagrams.Office software and online training platforms.LanguagesFluent german and english (essential).Key Skills and QualitiesExcellent communication skills.Strong teaching skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.Strong listening skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently.Team spirit.Customer-focused mindset.Technical curiosity.
