The organization values safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction across all projects.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HVAC Technician role based in the United Arab Emirates. The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and ventilation systems in residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing system issues, performing routine inspections, cleaning and replacing filters and components, checking refrigerant levels, and ensuring units operate efficiently and safely. The role involves responding to service calls, documenting work performed, following company and regulatory safety standards, and communicating clearly with customers and team members. The technician will also support preventive maintenance programs, assist with equipment upgrades, and collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to complete projects on schedule.Qualifications Technical proficiency in HVAC system installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.Knowledge of refrigeration principles, electrical connections, and mechanical components used in cooling systems.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.Strong adherence to safety practices, including compliance with local regulations and company policies.Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain issues and solutions clearly.Basic computer skills for using service management software and documenting work orders.Relevant vocational training, trade certification, or diploma in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field.Previous experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar technical service role, ideally in residential and commercial environments.Physical ability to work in varied conditions, including lifting equipment, working at heights, and performing tasks in tight spaces.Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work on-site across locations within the United Arab Emirates.
