You will ensure that all HVAC equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, industry standards, and the property’s operational requirements. Your role is essential in maintaining guest comfort, supporting smooth hotel operations, and contributing to energy efficiency and sustainable practices.At Red Sea Global Hospitality, we take pride in representing our resorts and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to visitors from around the globe. Red Sea Global Hospitality employees continuously innovate in caring for the needs of the business, their guests, and their colleagues. As an HVAC Technician you will need to:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems and equipment throughout the property.Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration, and heating systems.Identify faults and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to ensure timely repairs.Carry out regular servicing, cleaning, and adjustment of HVAC equipment in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.Assist with the installation, commissioning, testing, and calibration of new HVAC equipment and systems.Monitor the performance of HVAC systems and report any faults, abnormal conditions, or potential breakdowns to the HVAC Supervisor.Ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently while maintaining appropriate temperature, humidity, and air quality levels for guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and other facilities.Respond promptly to HVAC-related guest and operational requests, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations and guest comfort.Carry out emergency repairs and support the engineering team during HVAC system failures.Handle refrigerants, tools, equipment, and materials safely and in accordance with applicable environmental and safety regulations.Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts used.Follow all health, safety, environmental, and property procedures while carrying out maintenance and repair activities.Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean, safe, and in good working condition.Assist in monitoring energy consumption and support initiatives aimed at improving HVAC efficiency and reducing energy costs.Coordinate with other engineering team members and departments to complete maintenance tasks efficiently and with minimal disruption to guests.Report any equipment requiring replacement, major repair, or specialist attention to the HVAC Supervisor.Maintain adequate knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, controls, and industry best practices.Support the HVAC Supervisor and Engineering Manager in maintaining high standards of engineering operations.Participate in scheduled inspections, testing, and maintenance programs for all HVAC equipment.Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance schedules and promptly complete assigned work orders.Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times while representing Red Sea Global Hospitality.Perform any other duties required to ensure the smooth operation of the engineering department and maintain guest comfort.In Return,What We OfferExciting opportunities for personal and professional development at all levels, featuring targeted development programs aimed at equipping you for your next career move.Competitive compensation package.Access to exclusive perks, complimentary nights, and benefits within Red Sea Global Hospitality.Health Insurance coverage whilst in service.A supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and collaboration.Employee Recognition Programmes.Accessibility and AdjustmentsWe welcome all applicants and are keen to ensure our employees reflect the diversity of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the communities we serve.
