HVAC Technician

Job ResponsibilitiesPerform routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and servicing on residential and commercial HVAC units.Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems, including compressors, motors, controls, and refrigerants.Carry out emergency repairs, system overhauls, and replacement of defective parts.Monitor refrigerant levels, perform leak tests, and execute proper gas charging.Drive to client sites or facility locations to handle maintenance requests promptly.Maintain clean work areas and strictly follow workplace health and safety protocols.

Key Requirements
