Job Titles: Cooling Engineer, Hydraulics Engineer, Thermal Engineer, Systems Integration Engineer, Mechanical Systems EngineerLocation: East Peoria, ILExperience: 3–8 YearsWork Authorization: U.S. Citizens OnlyJob SummaryWe are seeking a Cooling, Systems Integration & Hydraulics Engineer to support cooling, thermal management, hydraulic, and auxiliary systems for defense powertrain applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and integrate cooling and hydraulic systems.Develop thermal management solutions involving radiators, charge air coolers, oil coolers, pumps, fans, and heat exchangers.Design hydraulic systems including pumps, valves, actuators, reservoirs, filters, hoses, and tubing.Perform system integration, packaging, and interface studies.Create and maintain 3D CAD models, assemblies, drawings, and BOMs.Support prototype builds, vehicle integration, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.Participate in ECR/ECO and configuration management.Resolve engineering issues and implement design improvements.Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.3–8 years of experience in cooling, hydraulics, vehicle integration, or powertrain systems.Strong knowledge of thermal management and hydraulic systems.Experience with Creo, CATIA, Siemens NX, or equivalent CAD software.Knowledge of GD&T, vehicle packaging, DFM/DFA, and engineering drawings.Experience with BOMs, ECR/ECO, and PLM systems.Heavy equipment, off-highway, defense, military, construction, mining, or agricultural experience preferred.U.S. Citizens Only
