Hydraulic Technician

Established South Florida Marine Hydraulics Company based in Fort Lauderdale needs additional field service technicians to meet growing demand. Candidate must be a self-starter, motivated, able to troubleshoot and determine next steps in the troubleshooting process, organized with attention to detail is a must.Responsibilities

• : Marine Hydraulics Field Service Technicians with experience in the following systems on yachts and mega-yachts over 60 feet:· Hydraulic Steering System· Stabilizers· Bow Thrusters· Passerelles· Hydraulic Cranes and Davits· Hydraulic Swim Platforms· WindlassesAdditional skills:· Hydraulic cylinder testing and service· Hydraulic hose fabrication· Ability to disassemble and reassemble equipment with minimal supervision· Electrical background, 12-24VDC, 120 – 480VAC, PLC a plus· Ability to communicate in Spanish a plusKnowledge of and experience working with the following specific systems considered a plus:· NAIAD Stabilizers· ABT Trac· Wesmar· Quantum· Besenzoni· BCS· Nautical Structures· Opacmare· Muir Windlasses· Maxwell Windlasses· Marquipt· Steelhead· CMC Marine· SeaStar· Kobelt· Jastram
