Team members work in a dynamic setting with exposure to heavy equipment, mobile hydraulics, and field-based service work, supporting growth and skill development in hydraulic technologies.Role Description The Hydraulic Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves performing inspection, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic systems on heavy and mobile equipment, both in the workshop and at client sites. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing faults, troubleshooting hydraulic circuits, replacing and testing components, and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. The Hydraulic Technician will interpret technical drawings and service manuals, prepare job reports, and collaborate with engineers and supervisors to complete work orders on time. The role also includes adhering to safety procedures, maintaining tools and equipment, and supporting continuous improvement of service quality.Qualifications Strong skills in Hydraulic Systems and Mobile Hydraulics, with the ability to interpret hydraulic schematics and apply best practices in system operation.Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair, including diagnosing faults, performing preventive maintenance, and completing corrective repairs.Experience working with Heavy Equipment, such as construction, industrial, or material-handling machinery, in field and workshop environments.Knowledge of safety standards and safe work practices for hydraulic and mechanical systems, including lockout/tagout and proper use of tools.Technical diploma or certification in mechanical, hydraulic, or related engineering field; previous experience as a Hydraulic Technician or similar role is highly desirable.Ability to read and understand technical drawings and service manuals, with sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.Effective communication skills, ability to work in diverse teams, and willingness to work on-site and occasionally in outdoor or industrial environments.
