Joining Reval means working with equipment that prioritizes safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.Role Description This is a full-time remote role for Medical Equipment Installers based in the Bridgend area. The role involves visiting customer sites to install, configure, and test health and hygiene equipment in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing installation plans, performing mechanical and basic electrical connections, calibrating and commissioning equipment, and completing necessary documentation. Medical Equipment Installers will provide on-site user guidance, demonstrate correct equipment usage, and liaise with the customer service and technical support teams to resolve issues. The role also includes routine maintenance visits, fault-finding, and ensuring all work is carried out safely, cleanly, and in line with Reval’s quality procedures.Qualifications Technical installation and maintenance skills, including experience with mechanical assemblies, basic electrical work, and safe use of tools and equipment.Knowledge of health, hygiene, or medical equipment, with an understanding of safety standards, compliance requirements, and risk reduction practices.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions on site.Clear communication and customer service skills to explain equipment use, provide guidance to care staff, and represent the company professionally.Ability to work independently in the field, manage schedules, complete accurate documentation, and follow established procedures.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Bridgend area and surrounding regions as required.Previous experience in medical equipment installation, facilities maintenance, or a related technical field is beneficial.Relevant vocational or technical qualifications (e.g., in engineering, electrical installation, or mechanical maintenance) are an advantage.
