ResponsibilitiesPrepare students for international English proficiency exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, and PTE.Develop and implement exam preparation programs tailored to students’ levels and goals.Teach exam formats, question types, and effective test-taking strategies.Plan and deliver lessons focusing on Reading, Listening, Writing, and Speaking skills.Monitor students’ progress through mock exams, assessments, and regular feedback.Identify individual learning needs and provide personalized support.Prepare and adapt lesson materials in line with current exam requirements.Stay up to date with changes in exam formats, assessment criteria, and preparation resources.RequirementsA degree in English Language Teaching, English Language and Literature, American Culture and Literature, Translation and Interpreting, or a related field.Previous experience in English exam preparation and test-focused teaching.Strong knowledge of international English proficiency exams, including IELTS, TOEFL, and PTE.A valid and high score in one or more international English proficiency exams is preferred.Excellent command of all four language skills, particularly Speaking and Writing.Ability to design effective lesson plans and prepare exam-oriented materials.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a student-centered approach.Ability to teach students at B2–C1 level and above.Proficiency in using educational technologies and digital learning resources.A proactive, responsible, and professional attitude.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
