IAM SailPoint IdentityIQ Consultant

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced IAM SailPoint Consultant to design, implement, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IAM architecture, identity governance, access certifications, role management, provisioning, and integrations with enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities* Design and implement SailPoint IAM solutions aligned with business and security requirements.* Develop and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or Identity Security Cloud (ISC) components.* Lead end-to-end SailPoint implementation projects, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.* Configure and manage identity lifecycle processes such as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML).* Implement automated user provisioning and de-provisioning across target systems.* Design and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models and access governance frameworks.* Configure certification campaigns, access reviews, policy enforcement, and segregation of duties (SoD) controls.* Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, HR systems, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.* Develop custom workflows, rules, connectors, and reports within SailPoint.* Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.* Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams to ensure IAM best practices.* Support audits and regulatory compliance requirements related to identity governance and access management.* Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.Required Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.* 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).* 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).* Strong experience in SailPoint solution design and implementation.* Solid understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts.* Experience with access certifications, role management, provisioning, and lifecycle management.* Hands-on experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise applications and directories.* Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect.* Experience with Java, BeanShell, XML, REST APIs, SQL, and scripting languages.* Familiarity with IT security frameworks and compliance standards.
